At the cottage we appreciated...

  1. the vacuum cleaner; the artwork; spacious; back next year for my honeymoon!

  2. the comfortable bed! The cleanliness of the cabin and all the amenities! The kind hosts! The quiet and remoteness; what a great find!

  3. the quiet, the water, cool breezes.  The great weather. peace and quiet; very relaxing

  5. you thought of everything..right down to the every necessity...coffee, tea, and toiletries; love your sense of design and decorating and the pine.    Thank you..we all felt so welcome!

Activities we enjoyed....

  1. walking on the rocks, traveling to different parts of the province and returning home to this comfort zone.  A great place to retire

  2. walking along the rocks at the shore; having a nice fire at night and the Jamboree

  3. walking down Shore Drive, east and west; flower gardens at office and in Cottage Cove; visiting nearby family members, sunsets

  4. quiet time sitting outside; listening to the waves and the rustling of branches.  Enjoying a very peaceful, comfortable rest. Thank you.

  5. watching the seals; the Middleton Farmers’ Market; shopping at Frenchy’s; exploring the beach

  6. walking the rocky shore; Candle In The Window museum and shop; Historic Gardens in Annapolis Royal; celebrating Canada’s birthday; Lunenburg, Bear river; all the wineries, Kejimkujik National Park hike; Friendly people everywhere.  Annapolis Valley MacDonald Museum in Middleton!

  7. great food at the End of the Line pub in Bridgetown and Pasta Jax in Middleton; we saw seals, Blue Heron, robins, whales and blue fin tuna.  Great view of the Bay of Fundy; the Valley is spectacular beachcombing; the seals, traveling from here to Dartmouth, Halifax, Peggy’s Cove, Prospect, Keji Park, Sandy Cove  beach, Brier Island, and Middleton The shore and waves; the Candle In The Window (took lots of things back with me!); And of course the sunsets!!  See you next summer! getting wood at the beach, hearing the ocean at night and the BEAUTIFUL Sunset!
